Connecting Your Strava Account

  1. Log in to My Health Gheware with your Google account
  2. Go to the Dashboard page
  3. Click the "Connect Strava" button
  4. Authorize My Health Gheware to access your Strava data
  5. Your activities will sync automatically

What Data Does My Health Gheware Access?

We request the following Strava permissions:

🔒 Privacy: We only read your data - we never post activities or modify anything on your Strava account. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Troubleshooting Strava Connection

Activities not showing up?
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Strava account:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Click "Disconnect Strava"
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Click "Connect Strava" again
  4. Refresh the page
Getting an authorization error?

Make sure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and cookies are enabled. Clear your browser cache and try again.

Can I disconnect Strava?

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Click "Disconnect Strava". Your historical data will remain, but we'll stop syncing new activities. You can also revoke access from your Strava settings.

Uploading CGM Data

  1. Export your CGM data as a CSV file from your CGM app
  2. Go to the CGM page in My Health Gheware
  3. Click "Upload CSV"
  4. Select your CSV file
  5. Click "Upload and Process"

Supported CSV Formats

We support CSV files with the following columns:

💡 Tip: Most CGM apps (FreeStyle Libre, Dexcom, etc.) can export data in CSV format. Look for "Export" or "Download Data" in your CGM app settings.

Understanding Your Metrics

What is Time in Range (TIR)?

TIR is the percentage of time your glucose is within the target range (70-180 mg/dL). A TIR of 70% or higher is generally considered good diabetes management.

What is Coefficient of Variation (CV)?

CV measures glucose variability. Lower CV means more stable glucose levels. A CV below 36% indicates stable glucose control.

What is AGP (Ambulatory Glucose Profile)?

AGP is a standardized report showing your glucose patterns over time. It includes median glucose, percentile ranges, and target range analysis - the same format used by healthcare professionals.

Page not loading or showing errors?
  1. Refresh the page (pull down on mobile)
  2. Clear your browser cache

Login issues?

Make sure you're using the same Google account you signed up with. Clear cookies and try again. If issues persist, contact support.

Data not syncing?

Check that you've authorized data access for Strava or Google Fit. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Allow up to 10 minutes for initial sync.

Mobile app available?

My Health Gheware is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On mobile, tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser menu to install it like a native app. Works offline with cached data!
